Pretty much, it's got a fiberglass backing as well. Should use a dremel or related tool of some sort to cut it.

JMU is in Harrisonburg, right? Been there many times. It's a nice drive through the mountains

im looking to do this..270 shipped..consider it done! just curious..how would you cut it to make it look good? lol and you think its big enough to fit the cobalt?
