they come with the wiring harness and regular halogen bulbs. the box is huge so shipping is prolly gonna run like 30 bucks. so if you want them for 70 let me know. also one of the halos is out. i just never got around to fixing it. just needs a new led.

an led is what lights the halos up. the very far left halo is out and needs to have a new led bulb put in.
