ya im sure it is as long as you dont mess with the steering wheel button wiring. its jus the mounting kit and the harness

the number on the harness is 70-2103 the brand is turbo wire i believe, basically it plugs into the cobalt factory radio harness and you wire it into whatever din display you buy its universal for any brand jus have to wire it in correctly to the head unit, and the mounting thing fits snug into the cobalt dash and you put the double din in that, ill see if the mount has a part number on it 2mrw or the next day

lol i feel you. i wrapped it like i did instead of putting it in a box to save on shipping. its funny it costs me the same to ship the dp as it did to ship endlinks because the endlinks were in a box. but no problem hope ur buddy passes smog ok
