The turn signals are not switchbacks in the real switchback sense of using LEDs, however they are silver colored when off and amber when on so they are DOT legal. They blend in with the lights and look nicer than the bright amber colored stock bulbs.
The other bulbs are HIDs that are NEW that I bought as spares and never used. (2) H1's, (1) H7, 6000K on all. I also have a couple extra HID bulb harnesses, etc.

Are you local? State College is almost three hours away. If you come and pick it up at a convenient time I will be a bit flexible, however $65 is a lowball offer when it's listed at $85 FIRM. New hoods are very expensive and OEM car parts, especially body panels, are still worth a good amount used.
If you search car-part.com which is a junk yard parts finder you will see that even damaged hoods sell for $250-300+ dollars. Hoods that are very dented up and trashed are $50-$80, but not hoods that are in decent condition. My price of $85 is *quite* reasonable.
