if you payed with paypal file a dispute and it will lock the funds and then cancel it once you have the tracking number or just wait till you recieve you're parts then cancel the dispute.

 

I"ll give him till tomorrow, he honestly was a great person to deal with. He didn't reply a few times but was always there to ensure things were going as planned, if tomorrow he doesn't get back to me, i'll file a dispute and talk to the police and my lawyer. Otherwise I've upsetted a few people by backing out on a deal for a supercharger kit, because I seen the turbo kit and always wanted one, hopefully i haven't made a huge mistake, and same with him.

Nope, he took the money out the minute i sent it, i filed the disbute and doubt i'll get the
money back. The kit.. yeah I bet it's still on his car right now, leaves me with a car with

usually they can add on multiple charges too or what they call "enhancements" that can help them see that his vacation time can go beyond the maximum allowable by law.

Well, lucky my girlfriends dad is a Sargent and hes taking care of that part for me, but i was just about to call him and put it on hold because the latest reply to my other thread "help needed..." We'll see what happens.. Darren only has 7 days before paypal fully steps in and i cant reverse it.

 

if he don't have the funds in his paypal account or bank account, they won't reverse it. paypal is a sham, that's why the government is trying to regulate them like a normal bank, and why the FDIC won't insure them

 

Okay seriously... Darren you have not replied to my claims on paypal, and if you really are in jail.. you need to communicate with your brother to giving me a tracking number or else paypal is going to go ahead with the claim... it's either friday or saturday. TALK TO ME!!

if he's in jail you can call the local jails and ask if there is a inmate in there by his name. they won't give you any other info but will tell you that.

 

I did call, hes not there, and i've even talked to the police and looked for a Darren Walker with a record like that, and nope! Nothing, Complete bullshit.

The paypal claim ended and they were in my favour, but could not recover any money from Darrens accounts.
