i have them both front and rear and they made the steering way stiff! the front is a pain cuz you have to lower the sub frame a little to get it in there and bolted too it...

lol ok, so is that a regret? Is it stiff like Where's-Mah-Power-Steering or stiff like How-It-Should-Be ?

if you have an SS, don't get them.

I swear you would like a larger rear sway bar more. I have one for sale but I'm not even trying you to buy mine, I just don't want you to waste your money. FWD cars are prone to understeer and this is corrected by adding a larger rear sway bar. Putting a sway bar on the front that is larger than the back will only increase oversteer. Larger front sways are awesome for drag racing but for simple driving, you have to get a larger rear. Don't even upgrade the front

this. the front completely counteracts the rear on the eibach setup. All you have to do is put a large rear bar on and you're set. And the ones from OTTP are much higher quality

So a single fat rear sway is the preferred method?

I have a brand new, never used 33mm OTTP sway bar. Black. It's list price from OTTP is $230 + shipping and I have it for sale at $200 + shipping OBO.

The OBO is kinda flexible.

If you put this on your car, it'll lock up your rear and and nearly eliminate understeer. A stock ride height Cobalt SS/SC with this bar could out preform a lowered one with the Eibach setup anyday

I can get an Eibach rear sway on ebay for $138 shipped, so I think I'm gonna do that. Thanks for all the thoughts and discussion!

Welp, I don't plan on autox, and tracking it will be rare if it all. It's a daily driver and I just want to fun it up a bit, so I think the Eibach will be sufficient. If it's a mistake, it's an affordable one.

I'm more concerned that the springs will **** up the ride quality now, but we'll see.
