Crystal Red Valve Cover, ARP head studs, stock IC & pipes, stock airbox
Name: Matt
Location: Mercer County, Ilinois
Contact: PM
I have a few parts worth selling from my recent unfortunate string of motor failures and additional mods. All prices are negotiable, but be reasonable. I've burnt about $5,000 just to have a running car with 30,000 miles on it so I'm trying to mitigate some of my loss.
All parts are off of my 2010 Cobalt SS with 30,300 miles and come as pictured.
LNF valve cover: This is a painted Crystal Red Metallic Tintcoat valve cover. Professionally painted and color matched to the factory paint with flex additives to prevent cracking and triple baked. The finish is as hard as a rock and absolutely beautiful. It was on the car for about an hour before I had an engine failure and only has marks around bolt holes and such where you won't see it installed. I purchased a complete LDK crate engine and the LNF valve cover does not fit. Brand new gasket is still installed, perfectly useable, and included in price.
Price is $225 OBO.
ARP Head Studs: SOLD
Self explanatory. Installed once, engine boom in under an hour, removed, and cleaned. 10 studs, 10 nuts, 10 washers. Original box with warranty card. Yes the label says 2.2L. This is the correct and only part number ARP makes for our cars. I felt they were a bit tall installed but worked just fine.
Price is $85.00 OBO.
Stock intercooler and pipes: 30,000 miles of typical wear and exposure. No leaks. I upgraded to the ZZP kit and have no need for this. Great replacement if you're on a budget or wanting to revert to stock. I did not clean the intercooler, that is how it came off. Pipes have been wiped down with Armor-All.
Price is $175.00. Will separate $125 for the intercooler, $50 for pipes.
Complete stock airbox assembly: Not much to say. It's the stock airbox. It's clean and in perfect shape. Foam around the inlet tube will need re-glued a little.
Price is $85.00 May separate if someone is in a bind.

Sorry for the late update. I've never sold anything online before or used PayPal. Didn't realize it takes a couple days to confirm my bank account. I should be able to accept payments in a day or two.
Price for ARP studs is shipped. I have a couple PMs on them already and will reply to those tonight in the order they were received.
As good as that valve cover would look on my garage wall, I'd prefer to sell it. Please point anyone with a Crystal Red car here

Ok I've got my Paypal all set up. Looks like invoices are the way to go so I will send those for all sales.
Head studs are a pending sale but will go on to the next person in line for them if I don't get a reply in a reasonable amount of time.

Somebody out there is Crystal Red. Unbolt yours and slap mine on. Brand new gasket was installed and will work just fine. It was only on the car for an hour or so. Price is OBO and it's no good to me.

This is exact match Red Crystal paint. It cost that much to have it painted. If it doesn't sell it will be a good momento. Thank you for the offer, but that's a bit too low.

Yep still got it. I dust it off and wipe it with quick detailer every now and then and then admire it in the sun lol.
I gotta do my LDK cover. Looks so sick in the engine bay.
