Disc brake conversion

I pulled the rear rotors, calipers, wheel bearings, and mounting plates from my 08 SS/tc coupe. I also have the e-brake cables. The mounting plates were grinder off and would replace the mounting plate already attached to non disc brake axle beams. What I don't have that is probably needed are the hydraulic lines. Pictures are on my phone so pm me your email address or a phone number.

I would say it would would. It requires you to cut off your old mounting plates and welding mine in. From there all the parts would work, the only thing is you'll probably need to modify your brake lines.
