ok this is wat happened he bought a blower from and it was broken and i wanted the money to pay my paypal fees soo when he sent the money it all went to the fees i kept telling him im sorry and everything and told him to dispute me and i would get the money to him as fast as i can and he still hasent disputed me yet... and i keep telling him to so i can get money to him i know i shouldnt of tryed selling the blower when it was broken i didnt find out it was when he already sent money to me i am trying to give him some money...

You obviously sent the money as "for goods", because there is fees involved. Why don't you simply dispute it? Sounds like a bit of mess up from both sides. As long as you have the original post of the condition of the blower saved you can dispute that it was sent in the wrong condition... win!

it looks the same plate to me as well...this doesnt look too good. i dont think is too fair for both buyers and sellers on this site to be taking this actions, if only sellers were honest with what there selling. i find it very usefull and reliable to buy stuff from people from this site but now its just getting way outta hand and its harder to trust a seller when u dnt even know if what there selling is broken or what not. this does suck for the OP and i hope he gets hes money back.
Im still waiting for my $2000 from MLeclair. He said he was going to call paypal and tell them to give my money back but his last day to respond was today and still no response to paypal. I better get my money back today
