so i was looking for some charge pipes and an HKS BOV, this guy told me he had some he would sell me....so i get pics of the parts with his name and **** in the pics to prove there his....i send him $250 for a set of Dejon Hot Side Charge Pipes, and an HKS BOV...he said he would ship them out fri which was the next day, fri night he texts me and said he broke his hand and would ship them sat, i said ok cool....sat night i here from him and he said his GF sent them out and he would have her give me the tracking number, 3 days later he texts me this tracking number 1Z123456712345, hmmm very suspicious....not even a real tracking number...a week later still no parts at my house....so i called UPS they said it was gauranteed to be at my house by a few days ago, i try contacting the seller and he ignores me for a few days then he said he would refund me my money...i was like ok cool....i needed the money before i went on deployment....its been 3 weeks and he has yet to send me any parts or give me any money.....i am now on deployment and out $250....amazing how im sitting here fighting for our country in the middle east and this ****** decides to steal money from me.....i keep sending him emails but he refuses to respond...and he keeps trying to buy other members parts but wont give me my $250 back.....
i am amazed on how some people can do this to others.....if ANYONE knows him personally please get me my money back!!!!

ya dudes a douche for sure...im really pissed and the worst part is that im in the middle of the ocean and cant really do **** about it right now, Ive contacted NCIS on the boat about it also

That is why I stick with paypal,I had that issue with a nintendo wii console by itself with no accessories,for 75 dollars.I won the case,because the guy decided not to respond to paypal or me.People in this world are scumbags 80% of the time,they are always looking for ways to make money off you,while ******* you over.

But I don't get the part about the suspicious, not even a real, tracking number that UPS said should have been delivered a few days ago??? There's some **** that just don't add up here. But if I lived a little closer to Indiana I WOULD look the guy up and ask some questions. This forum should be self policing. There are ways to find addresses and phone numbers. We have to help each other in matters like this.

No emails? Wrong address? How did he tell you his grandpa died? And how do you know that's not true? And what's that got to do with him not getting his stuff? Do you have a valid tracking number that shows as being delivered?

We had been texting back and forth not by email. And I haven't gotten my new pipes on yet there for can't send mine. I was going to put my stock piping back on but there is a tear in it. This guy will get his stuff asapp. No need to start a thread. It's been 10 days. And what's this talk about getting my address and phone number and ****. I will give it to you idc would be easier if you came here and showed ne what was up then I could give u the damn charge pipes.
