I can help you with the endplate, no luck on the option B stuff. I bought mine from a local dealer (the tank and cap), and sold the setup off of my car to another local guy. It's not a big deal to source that stuff locally, most of it is hose, clamps and fittings. Only tricky parts are the tank (specifically how you mount it, any tank will work) and the endplate itself, which I can provide.

 

I got an Extra Coolant tank with cap that you could use for Option B
