You would need to switch wires around to fit an lsj tb onto a L61. And there wouldn't be any benefit to putting the tb onto an n/a 2.2 anyways.

Considering the LS2 Edit; Is that now locked to your old VIN #?
And will they charge $100,- to add a new VIN #??

Edit; read their list and the LSJ engine is not supported.

I will fit to a degree. I am not sure what year you have but if you have an eight pin TB then I should just bolt on. But as on how smooth of a transition it would be is unknown to me.

I am in the same boat as you my friend, Job hunting, wedding in June, and a car payment. If the wheels are still available then you can have them.

It is $50 dollars to change out the vin number on LS2edit. I told them my story and they agreed to keep it that since I never flashed the car.

was your 08 sport an auto? if so, do you still happen to have the knob? if you were a manual then bump for you...

BTW: I showed the pix you took with the gunmetal grey rims to my gf since she has an 08 LT same blue flash color and she loves it so I'm gonna do a gunmetal/smurfette blue as I call it combo.

Dunkin did you ever check to see if that zzp adapter would work?
When I asked them they said it wasnt for the 08's.

Id be interested in both the throttle body and adapter if it did work though. I dont feel like hacking up any wires.

Hmm thanks for the post, I think they come in 4x100. If we had some more cash we would get the LT2 for 5 lug. But those work damn good.

correct the 08s are 6 pin and the 06-07 are 8 pin. Two of the wires would have to be put together. There is a write up on it somewhere on here. but the TB just sold. but the Adaptor is still available.

yeah the LV5 is only for the 5 lug but the LV4 same wheel just missing some spokes will work for the LT.
