Its not too much of a difference on an SS, It's more of a "leveling" kit. I could fit my fist in the wheel well before, and not after. It's a slight drop with more aggressive spring.
It'll drop an LS a lot more though, but not as much as sportlines

what kind?

for every one out there, there are 2 models for non-ss models. i have an 08 sport with SPORTLINES. they dropped the car about 2 inches (which now sits lower than stock SS). it looks bitchin and rides great.. a litle bit stiff, but nothing drastic. i had a 92 camaro on low profiles that rode like sh*t. any ways, who ever buys should get the model right so they dont feel cheated.

looking at the eibach website, i dont see that model number under cobalt...
the ones for cobalt are:

Cobalt 2005-2008 Pro-Kit - 3899.140
Cobalt SS 2005-2007 Pro Kit - 4.9938
CObalt SS 2005-2008 Pro Kit - 3899.140

So im not sure which one your kit will fit...if any..

im going to ,put pics up on just a couple hours, and tell everyone the model # wen i get their as well. im not sure what you mean what model they will fit...if any....? beins i have them on a ls as ive stated b4. and all i know is that springs will fit on all models of the cobalt. i believe the only differences in the springs is stiffness, due to the sprot suspension on the ss and reguular suspension on my ls. just give me a couple hours to get home and i will post pics. thanks

rob

As was said in an above post, on Eibach's site there are 3 listings for Cobalts.
1. Cobalt 2005-2008, sportlines p/n 4.9938, prokit p/n 3899.140
2.Cobalt SS 2005-2007, sportlines p/n 4.9938
3. Cobalt SS 2005-2008, prokit p/n 3899.140

So as was said doesnt matter what model Balt you have the springs will work. P/N are the same no mattter what year and or model you have.
Might have to jump on this, had sportlines and didnt like the ride quality, but want a little stiffer spring rate. Lets see some pics, and my paypal is ready.

i would so do it too...except beign in canada kinda sucks cause the exchange rate into us funds is RIDICULOUS...if i give $115 USD its like $140 for me...so unless the canadian dollar bounces back up...im gonna have to wait to buy anything from the states
