I really don't wanna sell these but I have to. I need some regular seats and mb some cash. I just need it to be functionable when I need it to be and be able to strip it and put the bride driver seat in on drag day. I just want it to be legal when I go to cruise nights and shows with the kids. And yes the cage is in the works, talked to guy this weekend and he said we could to something for easier access to rear seats for kids. These are badass seats and I custom made the brackets Outta factory so the fit is perfect. They don't really have any use either. I bought my car new in 2006 got seats in early 2007 and drove it till october of 07 and parked it and started my build. So they are like new.

I didn't have babies when I started my lil cobalt project. But im thinking about trading in my ss daily driver for a trailblazer ss

 

yeah my lil guy was about 6 months old when I got my SS. Dealing with the 2 door wasnt so bad when we had the carseat we took in and out but, still could have made it work with the one that we leave in there now but its just so much more convenient and financially we could do it and I wanted it for sooo long so we did it up!

 

Haha yea I have 2 cobalts. 1 I made into a street legal drag car well its still under construction but driveable. And I have a 2 door ss. But im prob gonna get a trailblazer ss so I can pull the cobalt and have something comfortable and nice. Just wanna roll up to shows with the kids in their recaro baby seats all caged up. And ppl like did u really build a cobalt lmao!

They are really nice seats and very comfortable surprisingly. But they need to go to a single guy or girl or someone without kids :/
I still have my bride bucket for race days tho

 

how did you get the rails to fit on there or did you just buy new rails? i want buckets!

 

They are custom made Outta factory brackets and rails. It was actually alot of work, but cheaper then buying aftermarket rails at the time. But the fitment is perfect like factory
