Four almost brand new Nitto NT555s tires for sale...

Sized 225/40ZR17. Anyways, great tires to drive on the street and then take to the track. I did a 2.1 60' with these tires on a 2.5" pulley with no other traction enhancing mods besides an upper torque brace. I also had no LSD. They only have about 3,000 miles worth of use on them with one track day (3 runs) and are good for an easy 20k even with a heavy right foot. I swear the tread rating of 300 is a rating based on you doing a burnout for the entire life of these tires. Lol. Still look like a good 8/32 of tread on all 4 tires. Trac: A Temp: A Tread: 300 Speed: W Load: 90

Yours for a CHEAP $200 plus shipping or free for local pickup.

These 555's are not drag radials, right? cause the 60's are not good for DR's. plus I did 2.18 with stock tires.

What will you be going to just curious.

No. The 555Rs are the drag radials. And put a 2.5" pulley on that puts you at like 11psi at 2000 rpm...then try for a 2.1 60'.

no offense but I have the same tires and they look the same yours do (wear wise). Judging by those pictures and tread depth those tires have less then 2k miles left on them. Good track tires however

Bump for the sale!

No offense but more torque down that low would make it a lot easier. I get better starts as I increase my torque, BUt I dont dump the clutch or slip it. I start off at 1000rpm and get on it with controlled excelleration and short shift it to get that kind of start. maybe it is all technique and practice. More power? Not IMO. Example - when do you shift to 2nd? I do at 5000rpm. now that I have 2.78 pulley it may be worth while to short shift it more. I have to evaluate my new power band for shift points.

What are u talking about I can see wear bars and the tread is much higher. I estimate 5 to 6 32nds left. maybe the seller should measure and post the tread depth.

All I am saying is that I measured mine it's about the same tread life he has posted and I've got maybe 3k AT most if I baby my tires.
