FS 10:5:1 pistons

I bought Diamond 10:5:1 pistons awhile back and was planning to do a build this winter. Now like pretty much everyone else I changed my mind and am going turbo. So I have brand new in box Diamond 10:5:1 ceramic top coated pistons for sale. The pistons did NOT come with rings so you will have to get them from Diamond if you want them. I paid $470 for these in the group buy and would like to get $385 shipped for them seeing as they are new. These are going for $679.99 at Intense. So if anyone is interested let me know.

These pistons are only cermaic coated, no molly coating. The rings were supposed to come with these but Cobalt performance parts was having trouble getting ahold of them. If I remember correctly most people were getting them straight from Diamond. I think they were around $50, for sure less then $100

PM'ed back Whitted2268

Also willing to trade for 8:0:1 or 8:5:1 pistons.

hey I'm not trying to sidebust but if you dont sell these pistons and you still want to go turbo you can. just run some meth injection to help with the K/R. You could take advantage of three things 1 being no parasitic loss because your turbo (2) Higher compression (which as im sure you know = more power) (3) the ability to crank up the boost and not worry about detonation (as much) because your running meth injection. these three thing could proove to be a very deadly cobination to all rival cars you run up against. (dont get me wrong with inproper tuning it could also turn around and bite you in the ass and proove to be detrimental to your engines health. honestly if you do it right I dont see why you couldnt have a 500+ WHP Cobalt.

Well, thank you very much for the info. I will have to run that by someone who knows more about this stuff than me and see what they have to say.

They are not stock compression on an SS/SC but almost if not stock compression on a 2.4, but the bore is to small for a 2.4
