Post FS: B&M Shifter/Compelete Shifter Assembly

I"m selling the FLAWED B&M Shifter I have and the complete shifter assembly that goes with it. It works fine minus the fact that the side retainer plate had to be ground down. It was ground down because with the stock retainer I couldn't shift into 5th or reverse. Once i did that it was fine but 5th and reverse were sometimes tricky to get into, I think with some shift linkage adjustment it would have been better. Reverse lockout also dosn't work with this setup.

Who ever buys this can also take out the b&m shifter and put it in their stock assembly if they can figure out a way to make it shift from 5th and reverse without grinding the retainer. Possibly they could grind the shifter itself.

You will recieve everything that comes with a new b&m shifter, I'll even give you the box it came in, with instructions and the b&m stickers. And it's sold as is.

I dont want to hear anyone say I scammed them because it's FLAWED as stated.

Below are pictures of the assembly and shifter and pictures of the ground down retainer. It takes about 20 minutes to swap out the whole assembly.

The price i'm asking is $60.00 shipped.

For a whole assembly it'd be about $100.00 and for a B&M shifter it'd be $135.00. I know it's FLAWED but it still works. And I know there are some of you on here who are creative enough to modify it so the retainer wall wouldn't need to be ground down.

The reason I'm getting rid of it is the fact that I don't like that I had to grind down the retainer wall to get 5th and reverse. So I returned my car to stock.

All those interested PM me. I can do paypal and or money orders.

No the first batch was flawed . The dowel pin for the lockout collar was too low and no matter what adjustment u made u couldnt pull the B&M lockout collar up high enuff to clear the wall at 5th and reverse . I had to do the exact same thing to my B&M grinding down that wall .

^Hmmmm Didnt know that. Well then some one should be able to re drill the hole for that pin higher up and it should work then.

But ether way this shifter can be made to wrok it will just take some time.
