I'm sure everyone has heard this more than once but $525 is veryyyy cheap. It costs that much just to buy everything! That's not including labor to get everything perfect. From my experience with VWs, retrofits are usually about $700, ebay-type projectors are $350, and REAL, OEM Euro VW HIDS are $2000. Two-thousand just for the lights! That doesnt include the wiring or bulbs! Thats another $500!

Thanks for the comments, pricing is OBO as well. I make these so I know how much I have into them and they were only on my car a week. And the HID kit is brand new.

Updated first post with possible trades I would consider.

How do these work with the with cobalts with day time running lights?

And how do the hi beams work with the HIDs? Do they flicker at all with them? The projector is a dual functioning one correct (high and low)?

The way the high beams work with these projectors is the cutoff shield can pivot down to let more light out because its on a solenoid. I havent noticed any flickering with them at all and these havent leaked or had any condensation the week I had them on my car to test them. Not quite sure about the day time running lights, cant really remember what they did stock, I believe they are on during the day with the wiring harness I made. Hope that answers your questions.

As for trading for the spoiler, might need some cash compensation as well. lol.

Cheap as **** for a custom retrofit of D2S projectors with bulbs/ballasts given what they could cost elsewhere.

These are not like the Ebay projectors... they're higher quality (Both the projector and the housing) and they're also proper optics for use with HID lighting.

The ebay housings are cheaply made... trust me. You will not have problems with the retrofits unlike the ebay housings. The retrofits actually use OEM housings, so they're good.

How about I trade you my netbook(Blue) for you to put HPTuners on for the lights? I have sport lines but you would have to wait till I get my coilover on.
