Im confused with springs for the ss.
Some say .0 drop in front,
I mean whats the point of buying sportlines
for like 260 brand new..If they don't lower your car at all ?

Sportlines DO lower an SS or LT,LS, etc....Sportlines are the most popular spring choice for the ss/sc's

Ok, I dont know where you guys get your information from. Your both wrong.

Eibach Sportlines lower all models of cobalts, and the same springs fit the base model as well as the SS model. That means they fit the SS/SC, the SS/TC, 2.4 Sports, LT's, and LS's, and yes, even LTZ's.

They lower the SS/SC and SS/TC models 1.7 in the rear and 1.2 in the front.
They lower LT, LS, and LTZ models like 2.5 in the back and 2.0 in the front

Because of the lower center of gravity your car will handle better and you will have less body roll while taking corners.

PS: Pro-Kit lowers base models about 1 inch and SS models 0 inches up front and .5 in rear.
