as the title says, i have a cobra HE and custom bwoody brackets for sale for $125+shipping. Ill throw in 8ft of heater hose and some hose clamps for an extra $15 (heater hose is about $20 at autozone over here, so im saving you $5). Then you have everything needed for a complete install.

For you, ill knock off the extra $15 for the hose and clamps, but you'll still need to cover the cost to ship the thing out to TX. It shouldnt be anything frightening like the doors were though...lol. No $40 "large package" fees
