I used to be a vendor for it WAY back in the day on neon forums, and this is the last kit I have available that was on my old neon. It's 54' of custom, one off 12v LED rope light. On a neon, it was more than enough to wrap the entire underside of the car, up into the wheel wells, and into the engine bay. On a cobalt, it should go around the underside of the car, into the wheel wells... just not sure about the engine bay. It's a simple 2 wire hookup. (positive and negative) and still works like the day i took it off the car. It was on for only 1,000 miles before i took my car back to stock and sold it.
