FS: Exedy Hyper Single Clutch

Hey guys, I am selling my Exedy clutch for 750 plus shipping if anyone wants one. This clutch has barely any use on it, all highway miles, and has never been to the strip, too afraid of breaking another transmission and set of axles. Thanks for your time!

MIke

A plus to buying this one is that you won't have to break it in!

It does come with the flywheel and alignment tool and pressure plate, and clutch disc and a local shop by the name of PrecisionR does all of my work. I bet you could find them if you google them.

I never had a problem with daily driving, it is noticeably stiffer than stock, but that only takes a few shifts to get used to. And MAN O MAN does your highway gas mileage IMPROVE!!!!! I was pulling in the high 30's and low 40's with pretty much a stage 2 setup.

Still doesn't answer what does this have to do with you uninstalling it. I am interested but need answers.

I have this clutch installed in my car. I let Tom aka Roadrage06 drive my car, he fell in love with the clutch. I love it, everyone loves it. This is the best clutch/flywheel combo on the market imho. A matter of fact, I should tell him about this thread

yes there is minor chatter when letting off the gas. But you get used to that very quickly. Its alittle rough of a clutch (for a sisy girl)but I believe it is the best one for this car i promise that!

If you break it in the right way, it won't chatter much at all. Mine stopped after about 1k miles.

ya, there is a little chatter noise when cruising in 5th gear and coasting down, and I put somewhere between 5 and 10k on it. It's safe to say that all of the miles on this clutch were put on by highway driving. I live 40 miles (highway) from the Toyota plant, and then I go up (more highway) to UTSA about another 45ish miles and then I went home from school which was about another 33 miles ish? I do this 5 times a week. It saved me quite a lot of money in gas and I am completely confident that whoever buys this will feel the same way as myself and the other owner on this thread. It is a fabulous clutch and flywheel combo. The feel is very reassuring. Thanks for all of the interest you guys! Oh, and also, thanks for the help with answering questions for me, during my absence, and for the positive reinforcement. This is what this forum is all about.
