FS: Grille & Mesh Insert

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...7458&viewitem=

Name: Enuff_Said (Alex)
Location: Texas
Means of Payment: Paypal ONLY Please
Means of Contact: P.M. only please
Description: The item's structure is in good condition. As you can tell from the pictures the cross bar on the upper radiator portion is missing. this was not a mistake or damage. I had a custom bumper and needed a customized grille. The mesh is black and is held on the radiator guard at 4 points making it strong enough to hold up to driving. If installed correctly non of the cuts can be seen as you can tell from the pics of the unit installed on the car. The mesh however does need to be painted because the paint was gradually stripped due to normal driving conditions. All tabs used to hold the guard on the car are not included, but you can use all existing tabs from your own car.
Price: This started as an ebay item so the starting Price is $10.00 +shipping. The ebay page has a automatic calculator for shipping so all you have to do is log in to ebay.

Yes it will...I originally had an LS bumper and bought a SS bumper and then went back to an ls. However, the cross bar is gone so you will have to have another means of attaching the grille to the bumper in the center of the grille were the bow tie belongs. This is so because the back of the cross bar has tabs that hold the cross bar to the grille.

Go ahead and place your bid on the ebay link above

it will fiot all models from the look of it, but you will need to modify your bumper to fit it, cut off the cross bar and fill it in, looks nice, if you had kept the bar there i would of bought it, looks real nice

I want to make this very clear so that no one makes a mistake or tries to say I screwed them over..

The cross bar on the grille is very important to the fitment! There are about 5 tabs that snap on to the grille cross bar from the bumper cross bar including the part where the bow tie meets the grille!!

when you say cut off....what does that mean?

With some modification you don't "need" it per say...But if your not that kind of handy guy or know of a handy guy I wouldn't recommend you buy it.

wow, yes you do LOL...Be reminded that you need to paint the mesh black again cause there are small silver spots showing and you might want to paint the plastic part too.

noob
screw you dave...LOL

Ya if you don't cut off the tabs they will push the grille away from the bar. You can use, with great surprise, a box cutter to easily remove the bumper tabs on the cross bar.
