I've got some H&R lowering springs i don't know exactly how many miles were put on them because i bought the car with them already installed, but i wouldn't imagine to long, they were working just fine when i removed them, they are just a little to low for my taste.
I'm looking to get $200 +shipping OBO (they will be shipped in the same box my ARK springs came in)
and keep in mind i do live in canada so shipping to the states may be a little costly but i might be able to work something out and ship FROM the states, though i cant guarantee
that i can.

whats the drop and the ride quality on these?

 

There one of the not the best riding springs, but there also one of the biggest drops, you kinda gotta sacrifice style for comfort, i'll get an example of the drop when im off work

dont think they lower the rear that much , but if you say they ride as bad as you do, i dont think my balt could handle um with the roads around here

 

there decent just bouncy i had them on mine but not for long
