Exclamation FS: Jn2's turbo kit**56k go wash your car**

***SOLD***

well guys, i will have to call it quits...im not in the mood to continue this build, i have lost all motvation in it, dont see the need for boost, my loss is anyones gain...i will be selling my entire kit containing everything i managed to collect since i started...here is a list of things:

big 16g turbo@11psi(ported turbine entry and wastegate exit)
turbo manifold<-from speed mafia
turbo flange convertor
intercooler 27"x6.5"x2.5"
intercooler piping 2.5"
2 T clamps for every coupler
BOV<-knock off type rs(ported to prevent compressor surge)
BOV adapter pipe 2.5"
stainless steel oil feed line(connects to VVVV)
gallery plug thread convertor(autometer)
oil return flanges and lines
water feed line
water drain line
water drain tee
water feed tee
34lbs injectors with harness<-is meant for those with a 2.2/2.4
o2 housing for the downpipe
flange that connects to the o2 housing
flange to connect to the catback exhaust
gallon of DEXcool(to replace coolant lost during install)
2"couplers for the intake side of the piping
intake pipe for the turbo can be done with left over IC pipes<-there's quite a few
j pipe with pressure fitting
nxs manual boost controller already installed, set to 11psi
MAF adapter made from stock piping
gaskets for turbo turbine housing, turbine exit, o2 housing x2, dowpipe, and caback
cobalt addiction steering column gauge pod<-used but no holes or double sided tape used
prosport electric boost gauge<-used, no scratches or nothin
roll of double sided tape
bag or big zipties

VIDEO OF BOOST GAUGE: http://www.fquick.com/videos/testing...ost_gauge/6328

now for the pics

^^flanges for the dp and water feed tee

^^^ported turbine housing to help prevent boost creep

^^^MAF adapter, i have concluded that it will not hold boost, so this will work if you use it on the intake side of the turbo instead of the Ic piping like i was going to, sorta how the hahn kit does it, MAF on the intake piping

^^^the flew pipe on the passenger side doesnt have to be used, i threw it on to make a figure of the pipe itself, the ic piping is more than enough to get it done

^^gaueg can be set to be white or amber, any combination of the 2 depending on how you wire it, lemm eknow what you want to be during day and night and i will tell you were to wire it to, white is default, but u can do white during the day red at night, or viceversa, or red all the time

^^that convert the 2" intake inlet into a 2.5" that way you can make the intake out of the remaining IC piping, also i include a 2.5->3" coupler to make that IC piping into 3" piping for you to put the filter on,

^^^here you see one end with the automter thread convertor, i have a tee to tee it off to allow a oil psi, oil temp gauge to be installed as well

as you can see i have put alot of thought into this, alot of my money went into this stuff, i spent coutless night reading and searching thru many forums for answers, for how to's, i used dsmtuners, hahn install pdf, css, ecotecforum, and a beamer forum...i know where every line need to go, i will provide that information to the buyer via email, i have pics of where every line gets put into to, were you get oil from, where you get water from, where the water is returned, what line goes to the boost gauge, what line goes to the bov, where you boost source for the bov and the gauge, the wastegate already comes connected, now this kit is not coompleted, there are still somethings left to finish, as i hve not finished, you still need to get a downpipe made, but as you can see, the o2 housing takes care of the hard part, or basic piping is left, and i provided flanges for you to conneect to t he catback and the o2 housing, than just connect the 2 and here you go, you have a dp, i have all the tee's for everything you will need, including a tee incase you want to install a oil pressure gauge onto the oil feed line to know how much psi it going into the turbo, the manifold is a t25 one, the turbo is td05, but i provide the adapter that converts the t25 into the td05 as shown in the pics, now i have spent 1065 dollars on this kit so far, not counting the lines, tee's, and IC brackets...almost forgot, the turbo can is rated to make 380hp max, now alot of DSM have dispruved this theory by making 399AWHP, but its up to you, what your power goals are, it is set to 11psi stock, i have a boost controller that can but it up to 30psi if wanted, so if your power range is from 200whp-350+whp, this is for you

now let me say this again, THIS IS NOT A BOLT UP AND GO KIT, U STILL NEED TUNING, YOU STILL NEED TO INSTALL EVERYTHING, INCLUDING BOLTING EVERYTHING UP, TURBO MANIFOLD TO ADAPTER TO TURBO TO o2 HOUSING TO DOWNPIPE, YOU GET THE POINT, I HAVE PROVIDED ALMOST EVERY MECHANICAL PART I CAN THINK OF TO MAKE IT WORK

800 shipped or reasonable offer
i have a reserve, lowballing will not be allowed and will be reported to a moderator

That seems like a great deal......... How much more would have to be put into a 2.4 to make it run?

hell we have the same engine set up, i am a manual dont know if auto is diffrent, but all the routing of the piping is the same, im sure the injectors will plug up the same as i provide the harness, this willwork for a 2.4 just as well as for the 2.2, although ull get higher numbers, althought your 10.5:1 compression might leave u at the turbos stock boost until u get low comp pistons...remember this turbo is good 4 350-400whp max

your gonna regret it bro...you put so much time and effort into this and your gonna give up right at the end when everything is coming together? all the time you spent is well worth more than a measly 800 dollars. i say finish the build!
