does the TB work with the rebel 3" or is this on the other side of the TB? also, what's the benefit of a ls4TB other than being bigger?
is there a meth tap?

this is the same one that comes with the rebel intake..it came with mine but i had a tvs and didnt need it..the benefit from running a bigger tb is quicker throttle response and there is not a tap but it can be tapped

true. i have a question though, would it be best to sand the SC smooth, not polish it, but take away the texture of the outside before having it PC'd?

wait, wut? your gonna get the sc powdercoated? what about the temp they heat it up to to bake? anywho, im pretty sure when the PC bakes it will fill in the roughness and will come out smooth

yeah, i would paint it, and i know what i'm doing with a rattle can, but like you pointed out, PCing makes for a very even finish.

i'll already have the SC off, and since i bought Angelo's rear sway and twin subframe bar which are both metallic blue, i'm having them PC'd yellow, so i'll just lug the SC in as well. i know the guy doing the work, so it won't cost too much more than a couple rattle cans and my time.

they don't heat it up hot enough to distort the housing.

ok. but will the sc be ok from the heat of backing. isnt it like 350 or something? i would be worried about warpage and rotors scrapeing the housing.

i don't think 350 would be enough to cause harm would it? i mean, isn't that what setting ppl use to pull apart the headlights?

haah, and i appreciate it sir. i may just do it by hand now that you've mentioned it. it's getting ported when i get home anyways. no need for an expensive PC when they might ding or scratch it in the process.
