I have a Magnaflow Muffler for sale. It's removed from the 2.2L Magnaflow Catback System. I don't have the tip on it. It's been used for 4 months.

I think you 2.2 guys should be able to bolt it right up, it has the correct hangers

i can't find the part number for the muffler...been looking everywhere...but it is the one that comes with the 2.2L Magnaflow catback system (16618).

like i said all i have for sale is the muffler...2 1/4 in/outlet right off of the Magnaflow 2.2L Catback.

I scraped the pipe.

The original tip didn't fit on the 2.4 rear fascia (i bought it before magnaflow designated the 2.0 and 2.4 the same exhaust) so i had to fab up a new piece that dropped lower, it looked like crap, so i figured no one wanted it.

 

Hey Vic, if the muffler is still 4 sale im interested! Just want to know if ne thing is wrong with it and if it would just hook up to my existing piping(I have the 2.2)

 

i'm not too familiar with the 2.2L exhaust setup, but i'm pretty sure it won't bolt right up. I think the 2.2 is 2" exhaust? like i said, i'm not too sure. Although i'm pretty sure any decent shop can fab something up. The nice thing about this muffler, as opposed to a universal, is that it already has hangers that will fit the cobalt.

There is nothing wrong with the muffler at all, except, like i said in earlier posts, the tip was cut off because it didn't fit the 2.4 rear fascia.

I'm going to take some pics of the muffler after i get out of work and post them in this thread.
