FS: N2MB Racing dual feature WOT Box

I have had this thing sitting in a box at home for a while, I bought it on the original group buy, I have all of the wiring for it and the box itself is in mint condition. It will need a USB to Serial Adapter added to it (wasnt part of the kit when I ordered mine)

I need it gone so I can add to my need a clutch fund lol

It has both features on it (no lift shift and 2 step launch control) MSRP is $189, Im asking $100 + S&H

thanx,
PD

WOT(Wide Open Throttle) its so when u shift it pins your RPM's so u dont loose RPM's when u shift, it keeps them high but matches your tranny speed so u dont grind gears, but still get a wicked good shift in, so for example when u shift at 7k rpms, and it drops to like 4k normally, it will pin it higher so u keep your speed up and dont have to wait for your car to get back up to speed, im pretty sure thats how it works, at least from my understanding...

also since you dont have to bother taking your foot off the gas, and then putting it back on, the shifts are alot faster, and also you wont lose boost beetween shifts on a turbo car.

But on a supercharged is it worth getting? How hard is it to install? Does it do anything for launching?

its easy to install, supercharged car it would just help with launch and faster shifts, they say it can cut your times down pretty good, the launch control works great on these, not exactly sure how it works, i know it pins ur RPM's then it shoots them up higher(2 step) so u dont spin your tires you just hoook up and go, youtube it and watch some of the videos it will help you understand it better

It is definitely in my opinion worth getting, I loved using it when I had it on my car, I was just going another path so I removed it, it operates by shutting off ignition on individual cylinders so that the RPM holds at a preset limit while the clutch is in

it actually helps hold boost up on a supercharged car too, @ least in my car, I continue to build small amounts of boost in mid range

you do not need to tune the actual car for it, there is a small tuning process on the box itself, you just hold the lil button on the box and follow a series of flashes, the entire installation and tuning process can be found on www.n2mbracing.com, not quite as simple as plug n play but if you can install a radio then you can install this with no problems

what do you mean? I havent heard of any compatability issues with the interceptors so if you could please PM me the information that you have so that I can add this information to the sale, after validation, so that potential buyers will know

thanx,
PD

No tuning, but it needs to be wired in. 6 wires to be exact to various locations in cabin and engine bay. Does NOT plug into OBDII so no interference with interceptors whatsoever.

the only thing that will be needed is a usb to serial adaprter for your reflashs when updates become available, everything else is included with the WOT box i.e. serial cable, WOT box, and harness, let me know on your interest

it seems like an interceptor would be near useless then unless our cars have a wideband O2 sensor from the factory, Im using the AEM UEGO standalone unit

bump still for sale need to get this gone,

thanx,
PD
