FS Nashville area ZZP header and downpipe
I finally have time to start demodding. First on the list is exhaust. Intake and Rims will be next (looking to swap + cash for stock rims). This vehicle has become A-B for me. I'm vey active on g5club if anyone wants a reference.
Selling:
1.75" ZZP 4-1 midlength header
2.5" ZZP downpipe w/ Magnaflow cat
All the options. 304 Stainless. Header is ceramic coated. Bung for wideband. Per usual some of the ceramic coating has worn off but overall it's fairly low mileage. Approximately 25,000. All the welds and everything else is otherwise in very good condition. It is my understanding that ZZP's current midlegth model is aluminzed steel so I consider this price to be very reasonable since stainless is no longer offered.
Will pretty much fit all models G5 and Cobalt. If anyone has questions about what they are looking at, performance, fit, install, etc. please post in the thread and I'll be happy to answer them.
$350 + shipping
Update 02/19/2012: Up for sale again, since I was holding for a local member. If you are close locally I would be willing to drive an hour out, since that's the previous arrangement I had. I am also capping shipping to $50, but it should be less for most members.

Depends on your mods, but pretty substantial. Other than throwing on more boost its one of the most solid upgrades you can do. With the right tune you could net 15whp easy vs. the stock setup. This is the ideal size/diameter for a 350whp under balt. I was running with a 2.5" cat back.

Sorry been busy around the holidays.
I will be in South Point, OH and then Parkersburg, WV for a few days around the holidays. If you want to come pick it up and pay cash that's fine we can arrange something. Looks like Parkersburg is two and a half hours away. I'll have to get a figure on shipping otherwise.
Responded to other pm's.
Bump... still for sale.

I would also like to point out that they no longer use the Magnaflow high flow cat, which I consider to be superior.
I haven't had time to moderate this thread, for which I apologize, but please post in the thread and I will be checking it ongoing. Need this gone.

That's the best I can do... just entirely too busy lately.
