FS: NEW SS/TC steering rack SS/TC knuckles
Brand new 2008-2009 spec SS/TC steering rack(with tie rods) Bolts into Cobalt/G5/HHR.
Brand new 2008-2009 spec SS/TC steering knuckles. Bolts into Cobalt/G5/HHR. These are stronger than all other knuckles(except for the Competition ones, which are nearly 3 times the price) and they have a shorter steering arm for improved steering response and a raised "roll center" to improve handling(same basic effect as lowering center of gravity) I am including the 4 longer brake bolts needed to install these as well(new)
Parts included:
25956914:rack
25923941:knuckle
25923942:knuckle
11570091:caliper bolts(4)
These items purchased from GMpartsdirect would exceed $490US
These items at DEALER COST total $394.89US
Your price: $375US shipped to lower 48(canada add $20US)
My change in plans is your chance to get parts below dealer cost.

Requires SS/TC hubs and axles, or slight filing to knuckles to accpept stock LS/SS wheel bearings.

Yes.
for the knuckles figure about 20 minutes longer than replacing a hub.
dont worry.

I now only have one set of these parts(your welcome to them but the price will be higher.)
Heres what I can do though, to try and make good on the deal I posted without just deleting the thread(this also makes offer available to more people) I can order you(or anyone who would like it) a new set of knuckles and a rack and the essential bolts, I can sell this to you through the shop I work at for probably $450+tax.(NJ 7%) I cant "help" you put them on, my shop at home only has a drive on lift, so I cant do anything where the wheels need to be taken off, but I can do it at the shop. I can see if I can offer a special discount for prescheduled Saturday work. Our normal rate is $80/hr and it would be 1.6hrs to install rack and 2.3hrs to install knuckles for a total of 3.9hrs/$312+tax for the install at our normal rate,(youll need to get an alignment as well), as i said, Ill check and see if I can offer a special Saturday rate for this type of work(I normally dont work Saturdays, so they dont typically ever take in this type of work, so theyll probably be receptive to offering a discount since its essentially money that they would never otherwise get.)
Anyone interested in this please feel free to PM me or just post here.
