FS: Brand New Stage 3 SPEC clutch kit $485 shipped OBO!

Brand New! still in SPEC box

$485 shipped to the first person who will take it!!!

Make me an offer i have to sell it immediatly! please, i'm mad late on rent and about to get kicked out!

i've sold lots of stuff on here, no complaints

i use paypal, pm me if you are serious about buying it, i will ship the clutch kit as soon as i get the funds

i need the money so please help me!

i originally bought it from cobalt-addiction.com

SPEC STAGE 3 - Types of Driving: Street, Drag, Drift, Road Race, Rallye, Autocross - For heavily modified street and race engines. Offers sufficient daily drivability with a comfortable pedal feel and quick engagement. Offers good wear characteristics under low and high stress usage. High clamp pressure plate, 6 puck carbon semi-metallic friction with high torque sprung hub and disc assembly, bearing and tool kit.

italstalnprd86 wanted to buy it from and said he mailed me a check... i waited a week but i never recieved it and now i'm late paying rent

i won't ship the clutch kit until i recieve payment and now i will only do business via paypal so the buyer and the seller are both protected

i have done business with the following people on this site and all can vouch for my honesty:
2WILD4U
xCobalt05x
Avrj123
ColeJJones

please pm if you are interested in purchasing the clutch

if the check arrives, and he doesn't cash it, you don't lose out.

well i was selling the part to pay rent and you claim you sent the check on the the 11th. it takes 2 days to get here by mail, and my landlord is threatening to throw me out because i'm late on rent!

if i get your check and i havent sold it then i will cash your check and mail the part to you. otherwise i will return the check back to you. i cant wait weeks for you and lose a place to live.

I have a copy of the reciept that was given to me here. The check should be in an envelope bearing christman motor sales, you didnt throw it out thinking it was junk did you?

Hey man, I got the check back today, said undeliverable address on it, shoot me your paypal and i will send funds immediately, ill be at work all day, be home at 12, call me if you want to, (607)-316-0869, and i will do the transfer

ok scratch that, the address on the envelope was wrong, someone missread my writing and put 225 instead of 2225, it was overnighted and you will have it tommorow, no lie, joke, or fib. The secretary was seriously almost in tears about it, she is an older lady, she was like omg im so sorry, do you want me to call him and appoligize, i was like its ok, just make sure he gets it by tommorow, so please still sell it to me, im so sorry for everything

dude you got scammed and now he is trying to scam other people. go ahead and contact law enforcement.

if you look in his orignal post he posted

"italstalnprd86 wanted to buy it from and said he mailed me a check... i waited a week but i never recieved it and now i'm late paying rent "

he made the thread on 11-15-07, says he waited a week and you never sent the check BUT, if you look, the last time he edited that post was on 11-18-07, only 3 days after the original post, it wasn't a week he waited.

point is, the guy is guilty of interstate wire fraud which is a felony AND mail fraud (if you used the postal service to mail the moneyorder/check) (wire fraud because he used the internet). he also probably don't understand how easy it will be to catch and prosecute him. i'm not sure the FBI's internet crime unit in his area will get involved because it was under $1000, but i would call and ask either way. if they won't, contact the state police for his state and they will usually have an internet crime unit.

If you sent him a money order or check, go ahead and report it stolen as well. that will get the investigation started on that end.

i have experience working for the goverment in computer and internet security investigations (child ****, scams etc...) and hate to see anyone get ripped off on the internet cause of little slimeball scamming *******, and i hope my advice helps
