Have it wasting space in my garage. $50 shipped OBO. Don't normally post here but my s/n is spectre on modularfords.com. I can send pics. Shoot me a PM. This is for the HE only. No brackets/tubing.

Ok, here are the pictures. Nickabud was the first to PM me. So if he doesn't take it then intense is next in line. It's in pretty good shape to be used. Only one dent from a rock or something on the front.
