It's said to be a drop around a inch, but it's different for each i think. I still have to put mine on. I'm just waiting until its warmer.

drops it about a 1/2 inch, which doesn't sound like much, but it makes a huge difference over stock. i had them when i had my 2.2, and if you won't want to spend the money to get more expensie springs it's worth it imo.
