Gen1's CHEAP

i have a pair of black gen1's. I'll cut straight to the chase.

Pros
Low/High Beams work great
Lense is in mint shape, no burns or stress cracks
comes with 8000k HID BULBS ONLY (NO BALLASTS)
black housings still look great

Cons
LED halos are burnt out, or work when they want to (a simple 12v LED would fix this issue)
one of the mounting tabs is broken on the passenger side light, but the light is still held in very solid with the one bolt! no wiggling occurs!!

this is the only exterior pic i have of them. as they are wrapped up in saran wrap now to protect the lenses

heres the picture of the broken tab.. you can see the other tab is in fine shape. once you have the two bottom parts of the headlight locked in the one bolt holds just fine

then here is the wiring.. the white n black wires on top are the 3 LEDs. then the other wires are pretty self explanatory once you add your ballast into the equation.. its as plug n play as you can get with aftermarket lights with running HIDs

$80 shipped
fairly firm, but open to reasonable offers. I just want them out of my closet

Hmm...what does the rear of the light look like... Is it a snarling angry beast of wires out to get you and your family?

well.. theres the 3 wires for the LEDs up top. then another two wires for the halos.. so a total of 5 wires just from the leds per headlight.. then you have the high/low beam wires on each one.. its really not that bad..

heck if it bugs you i can wrap them up nice and label them or something.. i am just sick of sitting on them and want them gone at this point. i could get you a picture but they are all wrapped up nice now. if you really need one let me know n ill unwrap them

I'm still trying to learn all these differences with the headlights...

Would I need to purchase anything else to hook these up?

I do have an HID kit I can use from my brother.

all you would need would be your brothers ballasts to run these, otherwise they are completely plug and play
