E85 is like $1.29 here right now and will always be cheaper than regular pump gas, and it is the equivilent of 107 octane, it opens doors for more tuning and greater power increases.

e85 is probably part of the economic downturn because of the prices that it raised buy corn five years ago then buy some today.

 

you consume about 30% more fuel with e85 which is why you need larger injectors for it.
