uh... 4300k is the birghtest hid color you can get. the more higher you go on the kevlan scale the dimmer. and i would say go with either 5000k or 6000k. they look the best without being rice.

What about 3500K for lowbeams. I have a yellow car and I think it would look hot with yellow headlights and blue fogs

ive bought many kits off ebay and wouldnt waste 130 dollars for some off a name brand site. EVERY HID KIT IS THE EXACT SAME. there all made in japan. no matter what they say. and no you dont need to mod anything. the only thing i would suggest is gettng a upgraded wiring harness from 3bspecs. to make sure you dont ruin your stock wiring. there all plug and play.

why do you keep insisting that every kit is exactly the same?
they are not all made in japan and every company has a completely different looking kit
some are bi xenon and some are just xenon and many have different custom colors other than the kelvin scale

yeah there are bi-exon and many diff kinds of BULBS. but every ballast and bulb is made in japan. they may say "made in germany" but if you will do your research like i have over almost 1yr then you would relize that they make. Reg size ballast and slim size. and many other kinds of bulbs. there are many manufactors in japan that make these. and they sell them to companys that put there label on them.

yes. just buy a upgraded harness from 3bspecs to protect your stock wiring

Keep telling yourself that...... Just like all headunits are the same and all coilivers are the same.

5-6000k for headlights an 3000k for fogs.... The one thing that 05LS is correct on is that the higher the kelvin temperature of the lamp the lower the light output. Most OEM HIDs are 4000-5000k Running a 50w ballast will make a bulb look like its about 1000k lower color temp: A 55w 6000k has about the same color as a 35w 5000k but the 55w puts out more light(and uses more electricity, you MUST run a relay kit with 50/55watt ballasts.)
