peice it together you need every part.
if you dont like the fin sound you can remove the plastic fin and it sounds nice with just the CCCUUUUHHHHHSSSSSSS

i dont know if i could get it past customs easily if i sold it to you i would want no bull ****. i would try to ship it insurance etc but if something happens im not gonnna be responsible.
if anyone buys this and needs a flange i have one for $30 shipped brand new.
