Everything is there to install the short throw. disconnect the cables from yor factor shifter & remove the four bolts that hold the base in & swap the assemblies out. The only thing you will have to do is swap your shift boot over.

for that pulley do i need sumtin specific to swap them out or is it just a basic hand tool

 

what year is th pcm for? I have a 2005 and it looks like it has its own.

The PCM is for the 2007 model.

As far as swapping the pulley it's a direct bolt on in place of the stage 2 pulley.
you must have the stage 2 kit installed in order to run the pulley & pcm.

 

i am a stage 2 so the pulley would be just fine but...do u need a pulley puller to swap em? or can it be done by basic tools

If your already stage 2 the pulley is a direct bolt on in place of that pulley. I have an extra socket for the supercharger pulley bolts that I will include in the pcm/pulley package.

does the pcm have to be re-tuned?

 

The stage 3 pcm is preprogrammed by GM & can be swapped in & out as needed. no programming is required. So if you have a stage 2 set up currently, you can install the stage 3 pulley & run either pcm.

Although the added features of the stage 3 pcm include...

It has a 100 octane mode, it also has an adjustable rev limiter feature, it has rpm calibrations for a 50 shot of nitrous (dry shot). combined with the pulley I was seeing 16-18 psi boost. although boost will vary by exhaust & intake set up as well.
