I used to have the GMPP Short Ram intake and my plan was to cut a hole where the airbox sits snug against the hood. To get colder air into the intake.
Later on I sold that GMPP intake so this part never got used.

1 question I got about the Tail Lights

The IPCW Tail lights are 100% street legal and D.O.T. approved

 

Let me just clarify I know those gauges will work on a 2008 LT seeing as I have the same set out of an 06 SS (from Canada) in my 08 LT and everything works perfect

Yeah I didn't think it would work either but I did it anyway. I had my cousin who is a cop where I live clock.me at 20 40 & 6o MPH and the speedometers was dead on. Kind of a pain in the butt toblook at the little part of the speedo though when your cruising down the road

 

Good for the 08 LS/LT owners that you tested that out and even went as far as clocking yourself driving to make sure it's all working perfect.

do all 4 of those tails light up? like the chevy skyline mod? and also, how do they fit? ive heard of a certain brand of tail lights that stick out a lot. im interested right now tho. installed pics would be awesome as well.

Yes all 4 lights are functional as working running lights/Brake lights
Apply the brake and all 4 light up. 2 will light up (Inner and Outer) when using turn signals. The reverse lights are not LED's you will re-use your stock reverse light bulb/socket.

Fitment is perfect. Just like OEM because these are the most expensive tails for the cobalt available on the market. These are Not cheapo Ebay tail lights

Yes these are the ones that stick out but all 4 lights are angled evenly to make them flow nicely with each other.

Never took pics of them installed. Really regret that now that I'm trying to sell them. One local member who purchased my MSD tach driver has seen them in person. They usually get good feedback when seen in person.
