Sold my Cobalt and had this laying around in my basement. Didn't even know I had this so its an extra bonus sale. It was on my Cobalt for about 2 years and about 20k miles. The filter was recharged just before I took it off so its ready to go on. Its shows normal wear marks nothing serious. All the hardware is there both brackets are there depending on your application. (I think most will use the bolt and spacer on the valve cover, but the t bracket is there as well.) The heat shield has a little rust that's flaking the paint off. Not in noticeable areas so you cant see it visually unless you look close. but will not effect performance. You could always strip it and re paint it and it would be just fine. Shes ready to be bolted on and driven away, turbo a spoolin and by pass valve barkin.
