Want a long tube header. Already have a 3" dp

As far as I know the long leader won't fit unless you have that downpipe to go with it.

No such thing as a wrong one. If it dont fit then make it fit. It's only metal lol

 

Yes there is. The downpipe that goes with the long tube header is shorter than a regular downpipe. A regular length dp isn't going to work with the long tube

 

Sell you header for 300 shipped but I'd have to cut dp off cuz it's one piece

 

Listen to chevygirl. You can't use your downpipe with a long tube header, you could only use it with a shorty header. And you couldn't make it fit without a good pipe bender and an amazing tig welder. I have a brand new set of long-tubes I would sell for the right price, how much you looking to spend?

Um that header I was gonna sell you is a long tube header less then 700 miles on it for $300 shipped

 

We know that...but his downpipe will not fit the long tube header

 

Oh ok so why not spend 350 buy this header and dp sell you dp ? Makes some sense

Don't want a shorty. I got a supercharger sitting in the basement so I want the low end power of the long tube

 

Ok many people with supercharged cobalts use shorty headers but alright.

Wait one more thing. Make sure you buy an automatic downpipe.

 

i wasnt arguing against that a regular downpipe would fit with a long tube, i was being sarcastic i wouldnt wanna cut and re bend anything im to lazy for that, it obviously wont fit, i dont even remember which dp i bought it was a few months ago, but i am about to just buy the header/dp combo from cobaltlsss , and just sell my dp,

i kno to get an automatic one and i made sure i did that,

cobalt ls ss is yours for automatic

 

and it looks like my dp i bought is for a shorty i checked thru my PMs and seen that itll bolt up to to my stock exhuast so i may jusy have to buy the combo
