Of course the gasket is used, there is one stud in the header - you can reuse your old studs by removing them with an E8 socket - I can grab a couple if this is going to be an issue for you.

 

I realize I still don't have pics, but I think I still have the EM gasket laying around somewhere too.

sounds almost like it has a slight leak going into the stock dp, but I'm sure its just where it gets smaller because I've checked 200,000 times
