selling for Kevin Helmers a friend of mine in NE Atlanta. he is in school and took this off is HHR and is selling the kit

This was purchased from ZZP as a kit but trust me there are lots of small stuff you still need, I had to find and buy them...
Installed and run on a 2.2 Liter.
All new components at time of install (not a used or refurb supercharger from ZZP, 20K miles on them now. The exception is GMPP CAI which was already in use and has about 40K but being a cold air intake mileage really doesnt matter.

Eaton M62 Supercharger. (Even though it was new at time of purchase and does not NEED to have the gear lube changed I would while it was out just to make it easy and put the next service that much farther down the road.)
Two pulleys, a 3.4" and a 3.1"
A set of 4 40# fuel injectors
A set of 4 60# fuel injectors
Stage 2 programable boost controller with two solenoids, (1 to install and 1 spare. I believe in having spares readily available)
Throttle body
Additional idler pulley necessary for belt routing
Alternator spacers and longer bolts.
Billit Aluminum fill neck (not in kit.)
Single pass Intake manifold, (now is the time to install a dual pass end plate.)
Intake manifold to head gasket (probably best to replace, just my .02)
Supercharger to manifold gasket (probably best to replace, again with preventative measures....)
Lower intake manifold mounting bracket and bolts (could only get through GM, not in kit)
Coolant mounting bracket, bolts and insulator (I was only able to find this through GM, not in kit)
Dipstick and dipstick tube
2 Bar Map sensor
Map sensor wiring harness (not in the kit)
Throttle body wiring harness adapter (not in kit)
GM Performance Parts Cold Air Intake...aka GMPP (not in kit)
Washable air filter, came with the kit and fits nicely in the GMPP airbox, (good time to clean and oil)
Fabricated 3" air intake duct-work to fit between the GMPP air box and throttle body.
Two Bosch coolant pumps. The original from the kit and a spare. (I don't like down time... if you haven't noticed)
Formed GM hose to go between coolant pump and manifold (not in kit and makes hose routing much easier).
2 belts (most likely more, again I hate any downtime. The other belts have only been installed and run long enough so as to make them easier to put on if a roadside belt change is necessary.)
3 row heat exchanger (from kit)
Slim heat exchanger to keep everything more on the "sleeper" side
(I won't try to list each nut and bolt however I have all of them used when I removed the supercharger)

You will need several feet of 3/4" heater hose, couplers, Tees, elbows, and formed elbows etc... to plumb the heat exchange system to fit the vehicle it is being installed in as well as some wire and or a relay depending on your particular wiring style...I used a relay so as to not overtax the circuit I tapped for the coolant pump.

Currently the bare bones kit from ZZP is $2500.00 plus shipping. I'm asking 2000.00 plus shipping, or you can come by and pick it up. There are a lot of parts included in this sale that aren't in ZZPs kit...ask CJ. The GMPP intake, extra injectors, extra pulley, extra cooling pump, GM cooling pump brackets, wiring harnesses needed if you don't want to splice wires but not in the kit and a stage II boost controller all for less than ZZP's kit.

It's a long story as to why I've removed the supercharger, it was a ton of fun to drive, esp at the Tail of the Dragon last year.

Feel free to PM me or email me at cj@cjsperformance.com
Thanks everyone
