Is the LNF fuel rail and injectors need new seals prior to install or are they already new seals?

 

They look pretty used to me. They're also not the black seals. Just sayin

No good shape. I have 3 of them heads but no flywheels

The block is but not the crank

 

Can't I just drop my crank into this block since it's sleeves are more durable than mine?
