Angry need parts after hit and run! (need DARK RED hood/headlights/advice STAT!!!!)

hey folks, i just signed up and i'm doing this out of desperation, and the hope that i can get some quick advice and perhaps the parts i need to make this the most MINIMAL headache!

2007 cobalt SS, 2.0L Coupe (burgundy/dark red/whatever you wanna call it)
someone backed into the front of my car and took off, leaving me with the following damage:

- a crinkle in the hood (front and center), paint scratched.
- cracked grill in the seems (barely noticable w/out magnifying glass).
- broken headlight brackets (so now i have a 'droopy eye' at night).
- scuffed bumper, and perpetrator's hitch/exhaust pipe went STRAIGHT THRU license plate (in a half circle shape) and into the bumper.

can anyone advise on what to do/where to get these parts? price quotes to fix/repaint hood are in the $350 range....to fix total damage, I was quoted at around $700. I am most concerned about the hood. The paint is cracked and I really want to get this fixed, but is $350 for a small ding really fair? What are my other options?

Otherwise, I'm looking for the following parts--if you have seen any on here, on can refer me to someone, or can point me in the right direction, I'd be incredibly grateful:

-DARK RED HOOD (or whatever color you wanna call it)
-AFTERMARKET/DECENT HEADLIGHTS

JtotheLyn@gmail.com to get at me fastest.

And I really hope that whoever banged up my car and took off starts bleeding out through the eyes. That was NOT very nice to do to someone who works hard, appreciates and baby's her FIRST non-hoopty-pie car. BOO YOU.

Why don't you just use your insurance. I was a victim of a hit and run aswell (stupid walmart) and the body shop even put my graphics on for me and my insurance paid it. Just had to pay my 250 deductible.

thought about it, but my deductible is $1000...cheaper if i fixed it on my own. plus, here in lovely NJ, my insurance would sky rocket--even WITH my perfect driving record!
