If anyone with an SS/SC is looking for a cheap header / DP combo, my old pace setter and dp is for sale.
Ceramic coated header and catless downpipe wit extra o2 bug for a wideband. The DP is 2.5 inch and will need a new flex pipe soon. The leak is not bad yet, but will be if your run it as is for about another 6 months. Will fit 05-07 supercharged cobalt. It may fit the 2.4 SS, I am not sure. $200.00 + shipping. Lower 48 only please.

I believe the header needs a custom DP to fit it. You'd be better off just buying both.
