I was looking to buy if it was a flipout one

 

The Z1 has a 30 gig hard drive 10 gigs for music and 20 gigs for navi and upgrades. For those of you interested in this you won't regret buying it. I have had mine for about six months and LOVE IT! I got mine with as a reman from the factory with warranty and with XM nav traffic and all hardware to install cost about a grand. You can even buy hard drives(40-60 gigs) on the internet that will upgrade the Z1 to the Z2 with the newest hardware and give you more space for music and I have found them for around $100 for the 40 gig and around $160 for the 60gig.

This unit looks far better than the flip outs do in this car.

 

damn oh i agree that in dash ones look alot better buy my g/fs car cant have a double din. it has to be a single din. good luck with the sale

so whats the difference b/w a Z1 and a Z2 as far as features

 

Play dvd's? or just have HD space to save them?

 

The only noticeable difference between a z1 and a z2 is the upgraded maps and points of interest which you can download from the internet.

It plays DVD's and you can not (at least to my knowledge) save the DVD's to the hard drive. Just CD's can be saved.

yea, im trying to get rid of it so i can get a sierra denali pick up. Its time for me to upgrade to automatic and a big as 6.2 V8

 

Ive only got about $600 to spend on H/U... Definately looks good tho!
