Ported and Polished LSJ Intake manifold+Dual Pass End Plate
Im selling my hand ported and polished LSJ intake manifold. The entire inside has been hand polished to a shine by me and the slots were ported a couple mm and made even all the way across. Al the work was done by me, except for the welding i had a friend do it who is a professional welder, so the aluminum did not warp, the manifold holds pressure without problems. I think i prolly spent about 50 hours or so working on this. Im pretty sure this is a one of a kind piece as ive never seen anyone else polish the insde like i did, everything is smooth to the touch allowing for much more uniform and unrestricted airflow. If you have ever seen the inside of our intake manifolds, they are just as rough as the surface of your supercharger, removing all those burrs makes a huge different in airflow. I have not done anything to the ports on the manifold. I never did any dynos of it, i noticed a gain from the butt dyno with it. Im sure there is more to be made with porting the intake ports, but im getting ride of the car and mods.
Make me an offer, must be resonable

And no on the 250.
i had my friend who is a welder by trade weld it back together, he does mainly automotive welds and custom builds for private companies. He took his time and welded it back together very slowly as to not heat the metal up enough to cause it to warp. As far as i can tell the aluminum is not warped, my supercharger sat fine on it, no bending or twisting that was noticeable and i pay very close attention to detail. The supercharger system does not leak boost and after 20Kmiles there are no unusual wear and tear on the supercharger.
