Rear beam

Looking for a clean rust free rear beam for a disc brake car. Not sure if the drum brake and disc brake cars use the same part. I'm in upstate NY. Don't mind driving a little bit for one in really good shape.

Call auto wreckers or look on local classifieds for people parting out cars.

I can almost promise that every used beam you'll find will have at least some surface rust. The factory primers/paint are thing and don't take much to start rusting. Especially in the North East.

Dont have one but FYI the drum and disk cars are in fact different - different brake mounting plates, so you need a rear disk car. And will agree expect some surface rust. even on the one i pulled out of California i had to sand it and spray it again
