Will it fit on the dash and does it come with suction cups? Does it have everything I need to do a quick mount so I can take it on and off without any permanent damage?

 

I don't have the suction cups mounts but if you just set it up there and maybe try some velcro or something it will work out fine. There is a switch you can use too to turn it on and off.
